On Friday night, our Linwood Drama Club gave an excellent performance of "To Be A Star!" The students have worked hard on their production in after-school clubs. Thank you to Mr. McGeary, our Drama club advisor, for guiding our students during the performance and rehearsals.
On Thursday, June 6th, students from the Linwood chorus performed in one of the world's largest children’s choir concerts! The American Young Voices event, which included students from different schools in the tri-state area, took place at the Prudential Center in Newark. It was an amazing experience for our students. A huge thank you to Ms. Jurgens for coordinating this event and to our chaperones – Ms. Brown, Mr. Sannwaldt, Ms. Chibbaro, and Mr. Shorter – for generously volunteering their time after school to ensure our students had an unforgettable experience.

Ms. Fennik had special guests from her family come to her class today to talk to students about possible future careers. Andrew is a product development engineer at Stryker who designs, tests and evaluates new knee products. Ally, an operations coordinator at Paramount, helps manage production data, tracks resources for different video production shoots, and handles administrative tasks for the department. The students asked many engaging questions and enjoyed their visit!
